These ongoing sessions are designed to support the body and nervous system through regular, consistent restorative care. These sessions are only available to clients after an initial restorative session has been booked.

As trust develops over time, treatments naturally become more responsive to what your body and nervous system are communicating in the moment. Depending on your needs, sessions may focus on relaxation, grounding support, emotional decompression, gentle tension release, or simply creating space to rest and recover from the demands of everyday life.

Regular sessions can help support the body in moving away from chronic tension, stress, and overwhelm into a more balanced and sustainable state over time.

Discounted rates are available for women who wish to invest in regular ongoing support as part of their longer-term wellbeing and nervous system care.

Please check with your GP or get in touch before booking if any of the following apply:

  • Pregnancy (especially first trimester or high-risk pregnancy)

  • Recent surgery or injury

  • Acute inflammation, infection, or fever

  • Severe or unmanaged mental health conditions

  • History of seizures or sound sensitivity (e.g. epilepsy)

  • Cardiovascular conditions (e.g. uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart conditions)

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clotting disorders

  • Cancer (current or recent—medical approval may be required)

  • Chronic pain conditions that are currently flared or unstable

  • Skin conditions, open wounds, or contagious conditions

If you’re unsure, it’s always better to check first. Sessions can often be adapted, but your safety comes first.

Just come as you are. Everything you need for the session is provided.

You may want to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water for after your session

Arrive with a little time to settle, and if possible, keep your schedule light afterwards so you can fully absorb the effects of the session.
