Terms and conditions
Welcome to Faye Kazmi! These Terms and Conditions are here to create a clear, respectful, and grounded container for our work together.
They apply to all services provided by Faye Kazmi ("the Practitioner"), a UK-based coach, bodywork practitioner, and sound therapist. By booking or attending a session, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms.
Services offered
The Practitioner offers coaching, bodywork, and sound therapy sessions that support emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.
These sessions are held with care, presence, and professional integrity. They are complementary practices and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or mental health care.
Booking and payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Payment terms (including deposits, if applicable) will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Sessions may be delivered in person or online, depending on the service.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be:
Rescheduled to a mutually agreed date, or
Refunded if a suitable alternative date cannot be found.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Faye Kazmi.
Non-attendance without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
This policy exists to honour both your time and the Practitioner’s energy, preparation, and availability.
Health and medical disclosure
Your safety matters.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, diagnoses, and medications prior to receiving any treatment.
This includes any conditions that may be contraindicated for bodywork or sound therapy.
The Practitioner may adapt, postpone, or decline a session if it is not safe or appropriate.
If you are unsure whether a session is suitable for you, please consult a qualified medical professional.
Consent-based practice and intake
All sessions are guided by a trauma-informed, consent-based approach.
Prior to your first session, you will be asked to complete an intake form and provide relevant health and personal information.
Your informed consent will be requested before any bodywork or therapeutic process begins.
You have the right to pause, modify, or stop a session at any time, without needing to explain or justify your decision.
Ongoing verbal and non-verbal consent will be respected throughout the session.
This work is collaborative. You remain in agency at all times.
Client responsibility
Clients agree to engage with honesty and self-awareness, within their own capacity.
Outcomes from coaching and therapeutic sessions vary and are influenced by many factors, including readiness, integration, and personal context.
No specific results are guaranteed.
Scope of practice
The Practitioner does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
Services are designed to complement, not replace, professional healthcare.
Clients currently under medical or psychological care are encouraged to inform their healthcare provider of their participation.
Confidentiality
Your story is held with respect.
All information shared in sessions is treated as confidential.
Information will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Data Protection and GDPR
Your personal data is handled with care, integrity, and in accordance with UK GDPR.
Personal information collected through booking forms, intake forms, or communication will be used solely for the purpose of delivering safe and appropriate services.
Data may include contact details, health information, and session notes where relevant.
Your information will be stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary for professional, legal, or insurance purposes.
You have the right to:
Request access to your personal data

Liability
The Practitioner holds appropriate professional standards and care in all sessions.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions.
The Practitioner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from services provided, except where required under UK law.
